Wild West Facny Dress

CNSP is a big family!   The dedicated team that puts all this together have been friends for 20 years – some of us for longer.  Our kids have grown up together in festivals, and today they are the main driving force of the event.  Most of them have known each other all their lives and we hope the real warmth and friendship and our crazed obsession with building great parties shines through.
From the moment you arrive you’ll be looked after – our team of festival baggage handlers will meet you and help you take your baggage to your camping spot and there’s always a team of volunteers around and about the site if you have any problems.

Children and Families

Big Top Mania provide a kid zone with shows specially for children, a great collection of games, toys and circus equipment for children of all ages to try out and a dedicated area for toddlers.

A team of enthusiastic sports nuts will once again be organising games every day – including football, cricket rounders and the wonderfully silly CNSP Olympics.  It all culminates in a five-a-side football tournament on Sunday afternoon.  We also organise a Treasure Hunt for children of all ages, even grandparents.  On Friday night we have CNSP’s famous and possibly the only pub quiz on the festival circuit, with amazing kitsch prizes, and great respect to the winners.

There’s a great selection of workshops for grown ups and kids, highlights include Lantern Making – with the chance to join in the lantern parade on Sunday evening.  Rap workshops with Jimmy Davis and Luke Concannon (of Nizlopi), Dance classes and a chance to show off at the vintage Tea Dance on Saturday afternoon.

Venues

The Big Top

Croissant Neuf’s Big Top Solar Venue is the heart and soul of the Summer Party. It’s Europe’s biggest solar powered venue and has been the main Glastonbury “Greenfield” and Big Green Gathering venue for more years than we care to remember.
This year the Big Top will be hosting three days of live music and dance. Check out the Line-up page for more details.

The Stagger Inn

CNSP’s on-site pub is a home from home, based in the barn and boasting a selection of local and organic beers, wines and spirits including the exclusive ‘Croissant Neuf Summer Party Ale’ – brewed especially for the festival and only available on site.
By day a cosy, welcoming space perfect for relaxing with a pint, listening to an impromptu jam session or playing a game of skittles or darts. At night, transformed by state of the art, atmospheric LED lighting into the perfect meeting place with enough merriment and entertainment to keep you smiling well into 2011.
